About Us
We are different than most boarding kennels in the area, providing individualized care and interactions between staff and the pets offering playtime as well as several walks throughout the day. We do not offer group play between pets from separate households for the safety of all our guests. We understand that not all pets play well with others, so our policy allows pets that may have more anxiety or simply are not accustomed to other pets, to have a safer, more relaxed stay.

Our goals as a company were born in 2012 when the founders saw a need for a new approach to pet boarding in Smyrna. We wanted to provide individualized premium pet care. Whether it's for a routine grooming, a planned vacation, family events or emergencies...we offer a variety of areas for your pet to stay. We have knowledgeable staff, to ensure a watchful eye over your beloved pet. You can rest assured that your best friend is in the best hands during its stay with Creature Comforts Kennels in Smyrna.
Creature Comforts started in 2012 with humble beginnings in a small renovated home with 14 runs and 8 suites. Our dedication to providing pets with a great stay resulted in quick growth for the company. In just a few short years (2015), we moved into the state of the art, 8000 sq. ft. facility where we operate today. Our accommodations include 12 Suites and 40 Runs to house dogs, a large indoor play room, 8 turf play areas featuring K-9 grass, 2 large landscaped natural grass play yards, a walking trail, cattery condos and suites, as well as space to house other exotic household pets. There is also night staff to check on pets after hours.
